What Pet Owners Say About Us

Dog Walking Mic
“Ari and Alex are amazing! They are caring, follow instructions carefully, and handled my high-energy dog really well. I felt completely at ease knowing my dog was in such good hands, they also updated me during the walk with lovely pictures. Highly recommend!”
– Juliana T. ★★★★★

Dog Walking Monty
“Ari and Alex have been walking Monty for three months now and the difference in him is incredible. He comes home happy, tired, and tail still wagging. Knowing he’s with someone who genuinely understands dogs (not just walks them), gives me real peace of mind.”

Dog Walking FAQs
Q1: How long are your dog walks and which length is right for my dog?
Most dogs benefit from around 30–60 minutes of exercise twice per day, depending on their breed, age and energy levels — and many thrive with a mix of shorter weekday walks and longer weekend adventures. We offer 30, 60 and 90-minute walks, tailored to your dog’s routine and needs:
A 30-minute walk is perfect for a quick local outing, maintaining routine and giving your dog a midday break.A 60 or 90-minute walk is ideal for more active dogs who love to explore — we head out to some of London’s best green spaces, including Wimbledon Common, Wimbledon Park, Wandsworth Common, Battersea Park, Richmond Park and more.
Please note that travel time is included in the walk duration, so we don’t make them too tired. Not sure which length suits your dog best? We’ll help you figure it out during your free Meet & Greet.
Q2: What’s the difference between a solo walk and a group walk?
A Solo Walk is a calm, one-to-one experience where your dog has our full attention from start to finish. Everything is tailored to them (their pace, energy, routine, and personality). This option is especially suited for senior dogs, those who are a little nervous, or anyone who simply prefers a quieter, more focused walk.
A Social Group Walk is a fun, structured outing with a small group of up to three carefully matched dogs of similar size and temperament. It’s a lovely way for dogs to socialise, build confidence, and enjoy the company of others in a safe and positive environment. All group walks are closely supervised, and we keep numbers intentionally small to make sure every dog feels comfortable, secure and happy throughout.
Q3: How do I know if my dog is better suited to solo or group walks?
Every dog is different and we never push a dog into a situation they’re not ready for. Solo walks are usually the best starting point for senior dogs, puppies, dogs in lead training or those who are anxious, reactive or recovering from illness. They offer a calm, steady environment with no added pressure. That said, many shy or nervous dogs do eventually thrive in our small, well-matched groups once they’ve built confidence. Our Combined Package is a great option for dogs who need a little extra time to find their feet, starting with solo walks and gently introducing group sessions when the time feels right.
Q4: What areas of London do you cover for dog walking?
We’re based in Wimbledon SW19 and cover a wide area across South West and Central London. Our regular areas include Wimbledon Village, Wimbledon Park, Southfields, Earlsfield, Wandsworth, Balham, Tooting, Putney, Raynes Park, Colliers Wood, Clapham, Battersea, Chelsea, Fulham, Parsons Green, Richmond, Twickenham and Kingston upon Thames.
We also cover Morden in South London, Notting Hill and Kensington in West London, and Central London areas including Pimlico, Westminster, Victoria, Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Marylebone, Fitzrovia, Soho, Covent Garden and Mayfair.
Not sure if you’re in range? Just drop us a message and we’ll let you know. We’re always happy to discuss your area.
Q5: Who will be walking my dog and how does pick-up work?
We offer a door-to-door service and all walks are carried out on foot. Your dog will always be collected and returned by a member of our team, keeping things familiar and consistent from the moment we arrive to the moment we’re back at your door.
Q6: Can my dog go off-lead during walks?
Yes, but only in designated safe areas, with your prior written consent and after we’ve assessed your dog during the Meet & Greet. Safety is always our priority, so off-lead time is only introduced when we’re fully confident it’s the right environment and the right moment for your dog.
Q7: What days and times do you offer dog walks?
We offer walks throughout the morning, afternoon and evening, seven days a week, and we do our best to be as flexible as possible to fit around busy schedules. Tailoring walk times to your dog’s routine is something we’re always happy to discuss. Our Social Group Walks typically take place in the late afternoon — usually around 3:00–4:00pm or 3:30–4:30pm — giving the group a chance to wind down together at the end of the day.
Q8: Are you insured and qualified to care for dogs?
Yes, we are insured with Pet Business Insurance and DBS checked, giving you complete peace of mind that your dog is in safe, trusted hands. We also hold certificates in Animal Behaviour and Welfare as well as Pet First Aid and CPR, meaning we’re equipped to handle a wide range of situations and provide the safest, most informed care for your dog on every single walk.
Q9: What’s your cancellation policy?
We know life can be unpredictable, and if something comes up we’ll always do our best to work with you. Our first recommendation is always to reschedule rather than cancel (it’s the easiest option for everyone and means your dog never misses out!) If cancellation is unavoidable, we simply ask for written notice as early as possible so we can plan accordingly. Full details on notice periods and any applicable fees are outlined in our Terms & Conditions, we’d encourage you to have a read so everything is clear from the start.
